Join us at our Clute International Academic Conference on Business Las Vegas, at the Harrah’s Las Vegas! The conference provides a forum for faculty and administrators to present their research on all aspects of business & business education. In addition to the Academic Conference on Business, we are also hosting the Conference on Education and the Conference on Technology in Education that will be held on the same days, at the same venue. One registration fee will allow you to attend all three conferences.

Formatted as follows:

  • Paper size: letter (8.5 X 11 inches)
  • One inch margins
  • Microsoft Word, Apple Pages or compatible software
  • Times New Roman, 10 points
  • Single-spaced, single column
  • 10 page maximum for full papers – $10 per page if over 10 pages


We offer a Standard In-House Review as well as a Blind Peer Review for all submitted proposals. These options are found on the registration form. Those who choose the Blind Peer Review option must also agree to assist in reviewing other conference proposals (up to three total). Please remember that selecting a Blind Peer Review will extend acceptance of your proposal by up to one month

Standard Presentation

Standard presentations are scheduled in 2-hour sessions, allowing for 20-25 minutes per presentation. Each session will include an Apple Macbook running Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Prezi, so please bring your presentation on a flash drive using one of these software packages.

Poster Presentation

Each poster presentation will have 1 hour to present. There is no requirement on the size of the poster. Easels or display boards will be provided, however posters may not be pinned or taped to the walls.

Workshop Presentation

Looking for something more hands-on? Try our 1 hour workshop! If needed, the workshop will be equipped with an Apple Macbook running Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Prezi, although you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment.

Virtual Presentation

Can’t attend the conference in person?  Send us your video presentation and we’ll post it on our Clute YouTube channel, allowing you to gain valuable feedback from viewers around the world. Afterwards you will receive a complete conference packet. (Supported video formats: .mov, .mp4, .m4v, MPEG, AVCHD, AVI, DV)

Includes The Following

  • Admission to every session, workshop, reception, and coffee break
  • Continental breakfasts (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday mornings)
  • Hard copy of the conference program, proceedings on a USB flash drive
  • Certificate of Presentation or Certificate of Participation
  • 20-25 minute time slot to present one paper at the conference
  • Submit your paper for journal review, free of charge (additional fees apply, click here for more details)

     $550 USD (Received after September 6, 2017)

Additional Papers

     One additional paper may be submitted for an extra $150.
